Associate Veterinarian
Associate needed for progressive 3 doctor practice in Delaware. We are 85% dog and cat and 15% exotic animals. We will train in exotic care if needed (in clinic and CE) We like being a 3 doctor practice because we schedule so that there are almost always 2 doctors working at one time, so there is always a chance for a second opinion or help if needed. We are very good with new graduates because we really believe that having the support of another doctor who wants to help train if needed and will be there is the key to becoming a good, confident doctor. It is awful when a new graduate gets thrown into a position where they are the lone doctor most of the time or in a large practice where people want to do their shifts and get out and not be stuck having to train a new person.
