VCA Closter Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our tenured DVM team in Closter, New Jersey

VCA takes pride in expanding the growth and skill set of new veterinarians. We welcome newly graduated veterinarians (and current veterinary students) to apply to this position where they will receive individualized support with our 6-month mentorship program and a collaborative hospital team environment.
Closter Animal Hospital is a local neighborhood practice which has been in the Northern Bergen County community for over 80 years and is well known in the area. The practice is a full-service hospital offering radiology, dental, and surgical services, as well as 24/7 emergency assistance. Mobile Ultrasound and mobile orthopedic surgery are also available by appointment, including 24-hour overnight staff for surgeries. The current team members are all long-time employees who have been with the practice for 10+ years.
The hospital is open 7 days a week, with the current opening offering part-time hours, Mon/Wed/Fri 9am to 5pm and Saturdays 8am to 12pm.
Closter Animal Hospital is located in scenic Bergen County, which is just to the Northwest of New York City. The town offers an outdoor mall that includes stores, restaurants, and a movie theater. Considered one of the best places to live in NJ, Closter offers residents are rural feel with easy access to NYC, as well as a highly rated school system.
