Ramsey Veterinary Hospital, located in Ramsey, NJ, is looking for a Veterinarian to join our progressive practice. We are an AAHA accredited, multi-doctor hospital that provides quality veterinary care for dogs, cats, and a variety of pocket pets. Our doctors enjoy practicing in a modern and well-equipped facility that includes electronic records.

About Us:

• Our outstanding and well-trained support staff are focused on a team approach to delivering quality and innovative care. 
• We have 1 LVT, a technician:doctor ratio of 2:1, and our support staff is long-tenured with the longest being 19 years!
• Our facility is equipped with ultrasound, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, and paperless records!
• Our appointments are 15 minutes for wellness/rechecks and 30 minutes for sick/new patients.
• We have 2 surgery days/week (Tuesday & Thursdays). We do spays/neuters, soft tissue (mass removals), digit amputations, eye enucleations, gastropexy, dentals, etc.

Associate Position:

• This is an ideal opportunity for experienced and new grads alike who enjoy collaborating with one another to achieve the common goal of treating our patients with compassion.
• We are looking for a doctor that has a passion for surgery and the highest quality care!
• Work/life balance is important to us! We have no on-call or after hours care required.
• Our doctor schedule is 4 to 4.5 days per week. This schedule currently does not include evenings or weekends, but we would like to have Saturday hours (1/2 day for 2 days per month) and 1 evening shift per week in the future.
