The management team at All Four Paws Vet Relief advocates for our doctors and has developed and evolved our business model to ensure that you are valued as a clinician and that your time away from work is protected. It's no secret that the Veterinary Industry is in crisis. Before a deadly pandemic forced us to completely change the way we operate we were dealing with staffing shortages, bad behavior from clients, a surge of corporate buyouts and crippling debt. Veterinarians are leaving clinical practice and seeking out new ways to continue doing what they love while protecting their mental health. What if you could Choose Your Own Adventure, VetMed Style? Our unique business models allow our team members to curate a schedule and work environment that truly works for them. YOU get to decide what works for you. Our doctors always have 100% control of their schedule. You decide WHEN, WHERE and HOW MUCH you work. AFP receives between 500 to 800 shift requests a month. We currently have doctors licensed in Virginia, Maryland, DC, Pennsylvania, Florida and Georgia. Our Veterinarians chose which shifts they want to work and the Scheduling & Admin teams do the rest. We handle marketing, contracts, invoicing and more. We offer a Choose Your Own Benefits Package, W2 or 1099 options, bi-weekly paychecks, administrative support, mentoring and a fun, cohesive team environment. We are Veterinarian Owned and Operated. Our Management Team is focused on making VetMed better by implementing healthy boundaries with clinics as well as working to implement legislative changes that benefit our profession. Hourly rates for our doctors range from $65 to $85 per hour based on experience, status (1099 or W2) and location. We pay shift differentials for Urgent Care, ER and holidays. All Four PAWS Veterinary Relief Services is a team of veterinarians, licensed technicians and assistants providing professional relief services on a short or long term basis. Our doctors and staff chose relief as a way to have more control over their schedules as well as to be empowered to set healthy boundaries with clinics.
