Colorado Veterinary Specialty Group is a privately owned 24-hour emergency and referral hospital in Littleton, Colorado.
We are seeking a full-time emergency clinician to work in our 20,000 sq ft hospital. Our team includes eleven full time clinicians and board certified specialists in emergency and critical care, surgery, theriogenology, sports medicine and rehabilitation, radiology and cardiology. The emergency service is supported by specialists at all times.
Applicants should have a desire for a collaborative approach to patient care, strong communication skills, industrious work ethic and dedication to lifelong learning.
Clinicians have access to in-house hematology (IDEXX ProCyte Dx), clinical chemistry analyzer (IDEXX Catalyst Dx), EPOC, Elementi+, PT/aPTT analyzer, Immulite, non-invasive blood pressure instruments, ECG, oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilator therapy, endoscopy, laparoscopy/thoracoscopy, digital radiography, ultrasonography and computed tomography.
Clinicians work 3 shifts a week and have 4 days each week to enjoy the famous Colorado outdoors!
This position allows the candidate to work a variety of shifts (day, swing, overnight), approximately 36 hours/week.
