Are you a veterinary technician or professional looking for something beyond clinical experience? Business Infusions is expanding and has an immediate opportunity for a full-time, entry-level software support specialist for our flagship software ‘HVMS’. This position is 100% remote, work-from-home.
You will be joining a team of accomplished support professionals that are respected across the organization for the value they bring to our customers and services. Your main role will be to respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues from our existing HVMS customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
Addressing customer inquiries through our live chat, ticket, and phone support channels using FreshDesk, Teamviewer, and other remote support applications.
Providing technical support and training to our existing HVMS users, who range from managing veterinarians to front office staff
Remote HVMS Software Installations
HVMS Worksheet/Exam Form Design (Training provided)
Setup available Partner Integrations from our HVMS Marketplace
Software version testing
Creating and updating content in our online customer-facing and internal knowledgebase
Our ideal candidate is an outgoing, team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills who is a highly motivated self-starter and enjoys teaching others with various levels of experience from different backgrounds. A high level of patience and empathy is required to provide outstanding customer support; flexibility and adaptability are also qualities that would allow you to excel in this position. The qualifying candidate will need to possess high attention to detail and thrive while working under pressure. Troubleshooting and problem-solving are a large part of this position, often without direct guidance in our remote environment, so being able to dig into an issue independently and reach out when help is needed are must-have skills.

New employees start at 3 weeks paid vacation with an increase to 4 weeks after 3 years of employment.

Requirements
At least 1-year of experience using HVMS Software is a must! Inventory management is a plus!
At least 1-year experience working in an Equine Veterinary Hospital
Permanent US resident who currently lives in one of these states:
Arizona
Connecticut
Ohio
Minnesota
Texas
Other states may be considered for exemplary candidates
Have the ability and space to work fully remote with high-speed internet and participate in weekly video conference calls
Work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5pm MSTwith some overtime.
Be flexible to be 'on-call’ once every 2 months for a 1-week period for emergency support.
