Prairie View Animal Hospital in Grimes, Iowa is seeking an associate to join our small animal practice.  We are a locally-owned, family-first small animal hospital with well-trained, highly-utilized staff. We provide a team-oriented approach to patient and client care, providing an environment in which individuals are allowed to thrive. Days are flexible and include Mon 8-7, Tues-Fri 8-5:30 and a rotating Saturday for a total of 17.5-36 hrs/week. Our appointment schedule provides our staff with time to work on records, communicate effectively with clients, and make it home in time for dinner. Equipment includes digital radiology and dental radiology, in-house blood machines, surgical laser, therapy laser, and ultrasound. We do not offer boarding or grooming, allowing our staff to focus on medicine and patient care. Formal mentoring program for new and newer grads. Salary starts at $80-$100K+ with quarterly production-based bonuses with no negative accural. License to practice in the state of Iowa or able to obtain a license shortly after employment.
