Fort Worth Animal Emergency Hospital located in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking exceptional veterinarians to join our Emergency and Critical Care team. We are privately owned, AAHA accredited 24/7 E/CC hospital located inside Fort Worth Veterinary Specialty Hospital a collection of specialty business including Veterinary Specialist of North Texas (Internal Medicine, Oncology, Radiation Oncology), Dallas Veterinary Surgical Consultants,  and Texas Veterinary Ophthalmology. We additionally contract with a mobile radiology group for DACVR level ultrasounds on an as needed basis.

The Fort Worth Animal Emergency team is diverse and supportive. We are looking to expand our ER/CC team as our caseload continues to grow. We work closely with our valued referring veterinarians as well as the specialty teams located within the same building. Our doctors usually work three to four shifts per week to ensure patient care and a work/Life balance. Emergency doctors are never on call and all shifts overlap to provide coverage and help evenly spread the caseload.
 

Fort Worth’s Trinity River trails and the Fort Worth Nature center provide ample opportunities for outdoor activities and enrichment. Fort Worth is also home to excellent restaurants, the Historic Stockyards, The Botanical Research Institute of Texas and gardens, and the Fort Worth Zoo, rated top 5 nationally. The Kimbell Art Museum is an exceptionally curated boutique museum which biannually stages world renowned exhibits; The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth and the Amon Carter Museum mile as the Kimbell. For Sports fans Arlington and Dallas are a short drive away.
