Job Description
As the Hospital Manager, you play an integral role in leading the hospital team and providing excellent care to our pet patients and clients. Our team members hold the highest regard for maintaining a healthy, safe, and cohesive work environment. As the Hospital Manager, you lead by example to ensure its success and manage all aspects of operations and people management within our fast-paced, multi-doctor veterinary hospital. The primary duties center around business/P&L management, HR functions, and instituting/maintaining compliance with policies and procedures that ensure safe and efficient practices within the hospital environment.
Qualifications
Experience in a management/leadership role required.
Veterinary Experience as a CVPM or Lead RVT preferred
Have empathy and respect towards pets, clients and colleagues
Able to review, understand and react to findings in financial reports, budgets, and Profit & Loss statements
Have excellent interpersonal, listening, and written and verbal communication skills
Exercise strong time management skills, being able to plan, organize and prioritize tasks
Possess a good attitude and contribute to building and fostering a positive work environment
Have strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
Maintain a constructive and harmonious relationship with co-workers, client and vendors.
