Healthy Paws Animal Hospital is a small animal private practice that focuses on educating the local community and helping all different clients care for their animals. We are a group of 3 collaborative, general practitioners who maintain high quality medicine at small-town prices. We are growing fast and are looking for a full time veterinarian who practices excellent small animal medicine and surgery, has great communication, works well with a team, and wants to have fun at work.  We offer a flexible work schedule and a structured mentorship program for recent graduates. We are privately owned and plan to keep it that way! Our main goal is to serve the community—not to set quotas and deliver profits to the corporate HQ. We encourage team effort and going above and beyond job descriptions. Our facility is newly remodeled, and we regularly invest in equipment and people. Located in Gladewater, Texas, you are less than an hour east of Tyler, but out of the traffic and noise of big city living. Our associates average a total compensation of greater than $120,000. We offer a base salary of $90,000- $120,000 with 18% of production, as well as one of the best benefits packages in the profession. No negative accrual or hidden tricks. Full time benefits include health insurance stipend, paid time off, phone and internet stipends, generous CE allowance, retirement and all state and federal licenses and dues paid totaling over $20,000 in pre-tax benefits. We are a great place for new grads wanting a smooth transition to being an independent, self-sufficient, productive veterinarian and for established veterinarians looking to join a positive team with an established client base.
