It’s difficult to stay in your home hospital with your team, who is being overrun by the daily patient load, and set healthy boundaries for yourself. To say, I need to work no more than 40-hours per week - or less! To say I don’t want to miss this birthday party/dinner/night out, etc. and not feel like you’re letting them down.
