Come join our equine exclusive practice in Central Florida. Equine Performance is looking to add a 3rd vet to our group. We have all newer equipment- 2 DR, 3 ultrasounds, shockwave, 2 lasers, 2 sets dental equipment, 3m scope, and in house labs.  We work 4-10hr days a week and have 3 day weekends, once a month there is a 4 days weekend. On Call schedule is one week every 3 weeks and we have minimal after hour emergencies. Salary is Pro-Sal with a base check and production on top of that and emergency fees go straight to the associate. Dedicated tech to drive and support our vets so can get paperwork, call backs and notes done in between calls. We are a mostly paperless practice with a cloud record system that can be accessed anytime. Willing to mentor new grads. We round weekly on cases but confer daily on difficult cases. We pride ourself on supporting each other and working as a team.
