What we are looking for: Fetch is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to effectively develop, lead, and mentor an array of hourly and salary team members to become an effective team who put patient-care first.
Essential responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Partnering with doctors, medical teams, nurses, customer service representatives, administrative teams, and leadership to guide development and processes to increase efficiency.
Guide financial and business decisions and development.
Handle team member conflicts, and resolutions
Develop team relationships and programs to advance business development.

You will be joining a team of board-certified specialists in our surgery, internal medicine, ECC, medical oncology, and radiation oncology. Our skilled nursing team provides collaborative support to both the Emergency and Specialty departments.

Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology preferred. CVPM is preferred and rewarded, but not required.
Experience in a Specialty or Emergency Hospital setting.
Experience: 3-5 years of proven success in managing a team in veterinary medicine.
