Get in on the ground floor. We will be staffing up as we are about to build a brand new, state of the art facility. We are jump-starting that hiring now as one veterinarian is on maternity leave. So this is perfect timing to get situated before moving into a brand new hospital. We are located in a part of North Carolina growing at an exponential rate and have a wonderful clientele willing and able to take the best possible care of their pets. We have no on-call or after-hours emergency duties but still see enough challenging cases during the day to keep things interesting. We are looking for someone with not only great medical skill and knowledge but also an upbeat, can-do attitude and exceptional bedside manner. We prefer someone that has at least two years experience and is internship trained but would consider an unusual new graduate with the right skills and personality. We offer a highly competitive base salary plus pro sal, a fantastic group health plan, vision plan, retirement plan, paid vacation, and continuing education stipend. We are looking for the right candidate and will consider full or part-time hours with flexible scheduling.
DVM or equivalent, NC, and DEA license. Prefer experienced veterinarian but would consider an internship trained, confident new grad. Candidate should have a strong internal medicine and surgery background with exceptional bedside manner, strong decision making skills, and be a team player.
Additional Salary Information: Compensation includes a base salary plus a monthly production bonus
