We are a multi- doctor, progressive, fast paced, AAHA accredited hospital with a rapidly growing client base. We also offer the following exciting opportunity: Associate Ownership -The CVP Hospital Investment Program (CHIP) provides Lead Veterinarians and select Associate Veterinarians and Practice Managers with opportunities to invest in our community they are helping to build, allowing them to share in the financial growth of our combined commitment. Practicing high quality medicine is made easier with our in-house laboratory, digital radiography, surgical and therapy lasers, laparoscopy, electronic medical records and visiting specialists. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual committed to practicing the highest standard of medicine with a genuine compassion for pets and clients. In addition, good communication skills, appropriate time management skills and the ability to work hours designed to suit our clients’ needs are critical. Job Responsibilities: - Builds a rapport with clients
- Communicates with clients on topics such as pet diagnosis, treatment plans, nutritional needs and preventative treatment
- Performs physical exams and diagnostic-surgical-medical and dental procedures that delivers the highest quality care
- Stays current with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine
- Maintains client-patient medical/surgical records
- Assists in the development of our team to ensure the highest quality of care and exceptional customer service
Qualifications: - DVM/VMD degree
- Licensure in good standing in NJ or ability to become licensed in NJ
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication
- Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine
- Models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients
- Commitment to ongoing educational growth
