Here at Pet Vet Animal Hospital, we are currently a 2-doctor practice with a strong support staff that is composed of customer service representatives, technicians, groomers, and bathers. We have sister practices located in both Vestavia Hill, AL and Mountain Brook, AL, which are just 5 miles apart. We are looking to add a veterinarian to our team, to help develop and build out our mobile practice where we plan to offer “wellness care” appointments in 5 affluent neighborhoods on a weekly rotation.
We encourage veterinarians of all experience levels to apply, but for our mobile practice, experience will go a long way and would be very beneficial/appreciated.
About the area: Our practices are located just 15 minutes from Birmingham, which is the largest city in Alabama! Birmingham is known for its green spaces which contain thousands of wooded acres for biking and hiking.
At Pet Vet Animal Hospital, our mission is to improve the lives of our veterinarians by providing you with comprehensive benefits:
Generous compensation package
Career path opportunities for leadership/management
Customized mentorship plan
Substantial paid time off
Medical and professional liability insurance
Optional dental, vision, life, short term and long term disability insurance
