| Pet Care Clinic of the High Country is a privately owned, small – animal, AAHA accredited (working on Fear Free Certification) practice located in Boone, North Carolina. Our practice is a well-established, full- service, small animal hospital that focuses on what is best for our patients. Our support staff have been with the clinic for years, are well trained, hard working and have great attitudes. We are looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our team. We to make sure our employees have a healthy work balance life. We are closed major holidays and two weekends a month. Our clinic is open Monday thru Friday 7a – 6p and every other Saturday 7a – 2p, with doctor’s shifts starting at 8 am on these days. Our hospital is equipped with endoscopy, ultrasonography, dental equipment/radiography, companion laser therapy, stem cell therapy, telemedicine, fully equipped Idexx laboratory suite and digital radiography. We are also a sister clinic to the “local” emergency clinic (Animal Emergency Clinic of the High Country) which is located “across” the parking lot, feel free to send all your emergencies to them.
