Madison Pet Clinic is a dedicated companion animal practice with a team of 6 Veterinarians and well-trained staff. Qualifications and Skills:

• A passion for client education and a high standard for individualized patient care
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
• Missouri Licensure or a willingness to obtain
• Continuing Education annually
• Experience with dental care: restorative and preventive
• Familiarity with digital X-ray
• Knowledge of laser therapy
• Core understanding of nutritional management of disease with prescription foods
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift up to 50lbs
• Clinical experience or a willingness to be mentored in the following areas; Dermatology, Preventative Medicine, Dentistry, Clinical Pathology, Cytology, Ovariohysterectomy (OVH), Neuter, Management of Addison’s Disease & Cushing, Histopathology, Urolith removal by Cystotomy, Gastropexy, Enterotomy, Mass Excision, Soft Palate Nares, Orthopedics (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) and Fracture Repair, Abdominal Exploratory Surgery, Euthanasia, Soft-tissue Surgery, Feline Hyperthyroidism, Canine Hypothyroidism, Early detection and care for Renal Failure
