D) Salary: (let us know what your salary requirements are ) A) Work Hours: 5 shifts per week Note: Exact times are dependent on the needs of the veterinary practice clients in assigned territory B) Location: surrounding areas of your home within 40 miles. C) Vacation and Sick Days: 3 weeks vacation per year; 5 sick days per year D) Holidays: Activ4Pets observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day Note: Activ4Pets’ Relief Veterinarians may be scheduled to work on these days, however, in such an event, you will be able to select an alternate day off within 2 weeks of the holiday E) Compensations and Benefits: CE'S, transportation reimbursement of mileage after 40 miles of travel, state and DEA licensing reimbursement , medical malpractice insurance extra coverage by activ4pets.
