We offer up to $20,000 sign on bonus, a generous salary ($100,000-$120,000+ depending on experience), production bonuses with no negative accrual, and progressive benefits package designed to support a comfortable and rewarding lifestyle (paid time off, medical, retirement, CE, paid State and DEA licenses, paid parental leave, etc). Additionally, we offer flexible scheduling for both part time and full time applicants. We firmly believe in fostering a healthy work-life balance. In support of this philosophy, we are open Monday through Friday except federal holidays with all after-hours emergencies referred to a local emergency clinic. When we have four doctors on staff we will move to each doctor working a rotating schedule of 3 weeks on and one week off for most of the year and 4 days a week for the rest of the year.
