About Clearfield Veterinary Hospital
A privately owned practice that has been in existence for 20 years. We recently moved from a 1700 square foot facility to a 15000 square foot building to allow for a greatly needed expansion of our medical facilities and our new indoor agility and training facility. We have a "high tech" practice but at a reasonable cost for our clients. Our goal is to educate our clients to ensure the best quality of life for their pets. The majority of our patients are dogs, cats, rabbits, and various pocket pets and exotics. A small number of large animal clients are still serviced by the owner. We strive to offer the best standard of care for our patients with digital x-ray, portable x-ray, dental x-ray, and a separate dental suite with advanced dental procedures offered. We have isoflurane and sevoflurane anesthesia, with anesthetic level and vitals monitors. Our surgical suite is well equipped with electrocautery, suction, overhead lighting, etc. We have Mindray ultrasound, Olympic endoscopes, in house laboratory including Pt/Ptt, urinalysis, chemistry and hematology analyzers. We have separate wards for dogs, cats, exotics/isolation, and ICU wards.
Our new indoor agility area is equipp...ed with a regulation obstacle course on a agility grade rubber floor. We plan to offer day care and have already started training classes.
We are a small group of coworkers that all work very hard and work well together because we are proud of our practice. Everyone pitches in and lends a hand where needed. We have one doctor, two CSRs, four technicians, three assistants, and an office manager.
