If you feel like you are having a hard time finding the right work-life balance or are suffering from compassion fatigue, our practice may be the solution you have been looking for! Rediscover your passion for veterinary medicine as you join our team of exceptional veterinarians and staff, committed to medical and surgical excellence in an empathetic, warm and family-friendly environment.
Ivens-Bronstein Veterinary Hospital, an independently owned AAHA accredited hospital, has been serving the Main Line for over 65 years. Located in Ardmore, just outside of Philadelphia, we have well-established clients who are like family to us. We practice medicine in a low stress environment with the emphasis on quality of care, not quantity, with thirty-minute appointments and one licensed nurse per doctor plus additional experienced floaters. We have no emergencies or on-call, and the attending doctor (you!) makes the referral decisions. At Ivens, we have four doctors total and two doctors on at a time. The four of us together establish medical protocols and decide what products and medications we would like to use.
One of our doctors is moving in June and we are looking for someone to take her Monday, Wednesday and Friday schedule, but we would consider the right full-time applicant. Please contact Dr. Lauren Connolly for more information.
About Ivens-Bronstein Veterinary Hospital
Ivens-Bronstein Veterinary Hospital is a well-established, full-service, AAHA-accredited small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care.
We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local specialty practices when certain diagnostic procedures are required. We also have the convenience of echocardiograms and ultrasounds performed by traveling board-certified veterinarians. The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, digital body and dental x-ray capabilities and indoor boarding kennels with outdoor walking areas.
At Ivens-Bronstein Veterinary Hospital we strive to offer not only sound advice, but also optimal veterinary care, thus allowing you the enjoyment of your companion for a maximum number of years. Our job is not only to treat your pet when he or she isn't feeling well, but also to help you learn how to keep your best friend happy and healthy.
