For 50 years, Lashley Animal Hospital has served the animals of the St. Louis Metropolitan Area through compassionate acute and preventative care of companion animals. Our multi doctor team – lead by founder Dr. David Lashley – seeks both full-time and part-time veterinarians who are passionate about promoting the health/welfare of dogs and cats. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, loving care to our patients. A veterinarian who believes in client education and community involvement with a desire to both lead and learn is ideal. Our practice focuses on preventative care through annual examinations and vaccinations, treatment of acute injuries and illness, long-term care for chronic injuries/illness, spay and neuter surgeries, nutrition education, dental care, and much more. Our facility includes in-house digital Radiography, blood/fecal/urine laboratories, cold laser, surgical facilities, and an on-site pharmacy. Specialized services such as ultrasound, oncology, glaucoma treatment, etc. as well as after-hours emergencies are referred to nearby veterinary specialists and emergency care facilities.
We are eager to continue to grow our staff and offer a competitive base salary, 401K, paid time off, medical benefits, ISVMA and AVMA membership, and paid Illinois and Federal Licensing Fees. More importantly, our existing client base and referral network provide an interesting and established caseload.
