Willingness to work heavy week/light week with 3 day weekend every other week. No after hours emergencies. As a privately owned and operated practice, latitude in scheduling and time off can readily be discussed. Involvement in the community is expected, via service organization, church, or other volunteer activity. A cheerful nature and desire to excel are required. Currently a 2-veterinarian practice gross 1.3 million and 33,000 client records. A "mainstream" veterinary practice, we have access to non-profit veterinary services nearby, as well as 3 referral centers in the Chattanooga area.
Additional Salary Information: Production-based income available, starting at 20% of gross revenue. Annual increase in the percentage expected. Benefits available as desired with the $100,000 ceiling for income and benefits.
