A Hospital Administrator is being sought for a 24 hour emergency and specialty hospital in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. We are a growing practice with an extraordinary staff in need of an experienced administrator with great organizational and communication skills and an exemplary work ethic.
Hunterdon county is in northwestern,New Jersey with lots of wide open spaces and outdoor activity. We are equal distance from New York and Philadelphia and a short drive from the beach or the Pocono Mountains. We have excellent schools and a great quality of life.
The administrator will be the coordinator of all business functions and the supervising agent of all hospital services and personnel. This includes being responsible for overseeing professional staffing and supervision. He or she will work closely with the Practice Manager and CEO as well as the doctors and lay staff.
The right candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in hospital management. A CVPM or other business certification is preferred.
We offer a compensation package that includes a base salary commensurate with experience, performance bonus, health, vision and dental insurance, 401K, paid vacation and CE.
