Todd County Veterinary Clinic would like to hire one or two associates to join our mixed animal practice. Our practice consists of two clinics located in Long Prairie and Clarissa in central Minnesota. We do 60% small animal work and 40% large animal work with the majority of the large animal work being dairy and cow calf. There will also be opportunities to do small ruminant and equine work.
This practice has excellent buy-in potential.
The preferred applicant would do a mix of small animal and large animal work; however, we can accommodate for a strictly small animal associate.

Todd County Veterinary Clinic is a mixed animal practice with two clinic locations in Long Prairie and Clarissa Minnesota. We do approximately 60% small animal work and 40% large animal work with the majority of the large animal being dairy and cow calf. We also do some equine and small ruminant work. Our dairy clients range from small Amish herds to mid-sized free-stall herds. Most of the lar...ge animal work is ambulatory. We have in-house Chemistry and gas anesthesia with monitors in both locations and radiology in the Long Prairie office.
We are located in central Minnesota where outdoor recreation activities are plentiful. We enjoy small town living but regional retail centers are not far away. Long Prairie has a concert association and a Chamber Orchestra. Long Prairie is in the process of building a new medical center. Long Prairie-Grey Eagle High School has recently been named one of the top five schools in the state for college readiness. Industries in the county include meat packing (Long Prairie Packing), meat processing (Hormel), printing (RR Donnelly) and numerous other industries.
