AMCS is searching for friendly and career minded Licensed Veterinary Technicians to join our progressive emergency and specialty animal care team in Shoreline, WA. Our doctors, support staff and managers work together to provide the most comprehensive care and customer service for our patients, clients and the referring veterinary community. AMCS is a multispecialty privately owned practice that provides emergency, oncology, dentistry, internal medicine and interventional radiology services.
Successful Veterinary Technician applicants will require the following experience, skills and training to be considered:
• Currently licensed or eligible to become licensed as a Veterinary Technician in the state of Washington; VTS credentialed technicians or those interested in pursuing obtaining VTS credentials are encouraged to apply.
• Two years of experience in a veterinary hospital setting. Experience in a specialty practice setting preferred. Strong anesthetic skills are required.
• Is able to bend, kneel, stoop, and stand for long periods of time; can individually and frequently lift patients and inventory up to 40 pounds
Internal Medicine & Interventional Radiology Mon-Thurs (8 am to 6 pm)
ER/ICU Days Shift: Schedule TBD (7 am to 5 pm) Weekend Bridge Shift: Fri-Sun (12 pm to 12 am) Overnight Shift: Schedule TBD (10 pm to 8 am) - Overnight shift includes $4 differential
Oncology Mon-Thurs (8 am to 6 pm) Wed-Sat (8 am to 6 pm)
